comp4ling

computation for linguistics

Background

comp4ling is a project by Christopher Potts, Tim Beechey, and Aynat Rubinstein, of the UMass Amherst Department of Linguistics. Our goal is to develop a bunch of algorithms that are useful for doing linguistics and provide Web access to them.

The project officially began on May 17, 2006. It will run for at least the 2006 summer. We expect frequent updates, so please check back with here periodically. You might find some tools that are useful to you.

We welcome suggestions for additions an improvements. Please send these to Christopher Potts.

The project is supported by the UMass Amherst College of Humanities and Fine Arts.
